These Terms govern your use of the StewardIQ website and platform. By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use. No interference with the platform or other customers. No reverse engineering except as permitted by law.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. We process it only to provide the service and as instructed by your administrators.
4. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable care and only use it as needed to perform under these Terms.
5. Fees
Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms are set out in your order form.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis except as expressly stated in your order form. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
